The photovoltaic power generation system is mainly composed of solar photovoltaic panels, combiner boxes, DC cabinets, inverters, box transformers and transformers. The photovoltaic power generation communication system and monitoring system are mainly composed of the photovoltaic area serial server GG-6602, outdoor room switch GG-H2G4MS33OC and core switch GG-H24G2FL.
Photovoltaic module power generation in the photovoltaic area, through the cable through the combiner box, and then to the DC cabinet, the DC is converted into AC through the inverter, the voltage is increased to 35KV through the box change, and transmitted to the booster station through the power cable, and the voltage is increased to 110kv , And then sent to the National Grid.
In the photovoltaic area, the combiner box needs to monitor the current, voltage, power and other measured values of each circuit. The serial server GG-6602 connects the detection data of the combiner box, DC cabinet, inverter and box transformer and outdoor cameras to the communication network , Through the ring network switch GG-H2G4S33OC to the relay room, through the relay room rack switch GG-H24G2FL access optical power prediction and control and other background systems for data processing analysis and storage.
Each 1MW corresponds to an outdoor photovoltaic inverter room, and each inverter room is equipped with a GG-H2G4S33 ring network switch. The entire photovoltaic area is generally composed of 20-100 outdoor rooms, and every 10-20 GG-H2G4S33 ring network switches are connected to each other. The central control room GG-H24G2GFL switch forms a fiber optic ring network to ensure the stability and stability of network communication. Operators can monitor and control the equipment in the photovoltaic area from a distance, thus greatly reducing the workload of on-site maintenance and the potential personal safety hazards caused by this.
The project is mainly divided into two parts, one is the power generation data transmission network, which mainly collects the power generation data of each photovoltaic power station and transmits it back to the control center. The other is the video surveillance network, which is responsible for monitoring the operation of the entire photovoltaic power station, facilitating remote management and maintenance.
