In the industrial MES system network, Maiwei uses a gigabit industrial Ethernet switch to build the core network between the convergence points of various workshops:

2> The topological structure adopts the ring network redundancy method for link backup. Any fiber channel failure on the gigabit ring network will not affect the communication of the entire gigabit ring network.

 

3> The Gigabit electrical port is connected to the MES server, the 100M optical port and the 100M optical port group ring of each site in the workshop. Use 100M industrial Ethernet switching mechanism to build the internal communication network of each workshop, and build a ring network through a series of 100M industrial Ethernet switching mechanism inside the workshop, and carry out reasonable distribution according to the actual site. VLAN virtual local area network technology is used to communicate between each workshop. Data is logically isolated to ensure the security of communication.
